We collect only the information needed to run seller onboarding, document review, public listing display, and buyer enquiry workflows.
Information We Collect
Seller name, email, mobile, seller type, Aadhaar/PAN uploads, property details, registry/sale deed, supporting documents, plot images, buyer enquiry details, and internal review notes.
Private Documents
Aadhaar, PAN, registry files, and supporting documents are stored privately and are not exposed on public listing pages. Authorized admin users review these files for the TrueAwas workflow.
Public Listing Data
Approved public listings may show title, locality, area, price, seller type, seller name, contact actions, verification status, authority status, RERA status, last verification date, and reference number.
Data Use
We use data to verify seller identity, review property documents, publish eligible listings, handle enquiries, prevent misuse, and maintain audit records.
